Service

By downloading or using VoxType, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VoxType. These terms are between you and VeyraLabs Group.

VoxType is a voice-to-text desktop application. We provide transcription capabilities either via your own API keys (BYOK free tier) or via our infrastructure (paid plans). The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use VoxType.

You may not use VoxType to: transcribe content that violates any applicable law, generate spam or deceptive content, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR via Stripe. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If VoxType does not work as described within 14 days of purchase, contact support@voxtype.pro for a full refund. We do not offer refunds after 14 days or for usage that exceeds fair use.

VoxType and all associated software, design, and content are owned by VeyraLabs Group. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer VoxType. The underlying OpenTypeless codebase portions are licensed under MIT — see the LICENSE file in the application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeyraLabs Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoxType. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
